Who are they?

The Jilly Box is a subscription service designed to make self-care simple, thoughtful, and fun by delivering a curated selection of wellness, lifestyle, and indulgent products directly to your doorstep. Each box is carefully curated to inspire moments of joy, relaxation, and personal care, helping customers prioritize their well-being in a busy world.

Through a strategic digital marketing approach that includes engaging social media content, influencer partnerships, and community-driven storytelling, The Jilly Box has built a loyal audience of wellness-minded subscribers. Their approach empowers individuals to discover new products, cultivate self-care routines, and feel part of a supportive, like-minded community.

The Problem

Although The Jilly Box makes self-care easy and accessible, many potential subscribers were hesitant to sign up. New subscribers needed reassurance about product quality, value, and the overall experience.

Results

After revamping The Jilly Box’s social content to focus on educational, engaging, and conversion-driven posts, the brand saw significant growth across its channels, including:

  • Strong increase in overall engagement
